SPOMEN processes your private draft to provide Preview, secure the service, optimize media and support moderation. Draft and media access is owner-scoped and expires under the displayed temporary-retention policy.

No memory becomes paid, sealed or public merely because it was uploaded or previewed. If a memory is later paid and approved, its title is intended to be public and its story and media remain private until the scheduled archive opening.

An administrator manually verifies the received payment using its completed status, SPOMEN payment code, original amount and currency. A provider transaction identifier and payment time are recorded when available; their absence is not filled with invented values, and this process does not claim automatic Revolut API verification. Customer reporting alone does not confirm receipt.

SPOMEN does not sell memories or license them to advertisers. Necessary service providers may process submissions on SPOMEN's behalf, and information may be disclosed when legally required.
